Mr. Yashvardhan Rajan is a blue-sky executive with over a decade’s worth of experience across the socio environmental spectrum. Reinforcing the impact goals set by the Raiaskaran Group, Yashvardhan has been spearheading the company’s Green Technology arm for over 5 years, spanning initiatives from Lithium-Ion Battery Recycling to Decarbonization. With an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with additional majors in Environmental Engineering and Engineering & Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, Yashvardhan is responsible for Raiaskaran’s foray into circular economies and commitment towards a sustainable future.

Mr. Shobhit J. Rajan is an industrialist with over 25 years of experience in business infrastructure and property development. His achievements earned him the honor of the President of India’s Award, for being an “Outstanding Entrepreneur for the Development of Industry.”

An MBA with over 20 years of experience in real estate, Zameer Bandukwalla has been with the organization for over 8 years. He heads the Business Dev & Facilities Function for Raiaskaran. His prior role as Assistant director at Jones Lang Lasalle brings knowledge of the industry and valuable efficiency to Raiaskaran.

Mr. Yuvraj Rajan has been associated with Raiaskaran after completing his B.Sc. in Business Management specialising in Real Estate, Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Boston. Conscious of the pedigree and lineage associated with the company he has introduced some of the world’s most acclaimed architects to India. Merging his understanding of design and taking from his experience from the Art world, he is responsible for delivering ground-breaking ideas for the company and the cityscape.
